TRADITIONAL THAI MASSAGE

Thai massage  works the entire body from foot to head. The main focus of Thai massage is to rebalance the flow of energy in the body by working up and down the ‘sen’ or energy lines of the body. It also works on muscle, ligaments, tendons and joints, so is very helpful for sports people or for those who use their bodies in a repetitive way, such as working at the computer for long hours.

Thai massage practitioners use a number of techniques such as applying pressures using thumbs, fingers, heels of the hand, heels of the feet, knees, elbows and forearms. Limbs and joints are stretched and rotated to encourage more freedom and range of movement. You are given a set of comfortable Thai pyjamas to wear for your session.
